"Hotel tres propre. Situe a 5 min du metro dans un secteur chic et securitaire. A 5 min aussi de 2 epiceries, d une pharmacie et de plusieurs restaurants. Le personnel a ete tres accueillant et aidant. Petite cuisinette bien equipee poir nos besoins. Le seul bemol: pas de cafetiere dans la chambre que nous avions mais il semble qu il y en ait dans des chambres superieures."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "the place is generally good in terms of location, cleanness, and staff. i would definitely come back again. couple downsides : elevator is super tiny barely fit 4 people with no luggage, there were only one elevator working during our stay for some reason, we had to climb stairs pretty much the whole time, could be a big problem for older people. noise from street is very loud even past mid night. it probably because it’s a london thing, but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not...
