Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia. "The property is exactly as described. It provides a rather cheap option where multiple people can stay in a very big room near to London which is very close via public transport. Richmond which is a stone throw away has plenty of things to do and he can easily spend one to two days there. Garden area a lovely place to sit in the morning with a brew. Although I didn’t have breakfast there the bar area was always stocked with a lovely continental style food. Highly recommended. "
