"I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly. The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend."

"The staff at Hotel Ostria were so pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was plentiful and continental. The hotel is located right across the road from the beach with many bars and tavernas in short walking distance. We also walked into Kalamata centre which took about 20 minutes. It was als easu to drive to from the airport and there is sufficient parking in the local area. The bed was very comfotable and the room was very clean. We would toroughly recomment Hotel...

"We like most of everything about this hotel except for the shower water. The pressure of the water in the shower was very weak and the temperature of the water was not consistent. It went cold then hot constantly during our shower times. "
