"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a great hotel for couples and families. The are located within walking distance from Parliament, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), and Westminster Abbey. "Central location and good sized room. But the room lacked so many basics: no cup or mug for drinking, poor lighting, no hanging rail to put clothes on. No table to put things on, or chair to sit on, the bed is very low, so it was difficult to relax without just lying on the bed. Facilities were clean, but the shower lacked any power and the water or other pipes made a lot of creaking noises"

"Room was dirty, so many issues. Had to switch rooms twice. Was given a room with dirty sheets was given another room with Beatles. At least there were no bedbugs was getting emails about being checked out during my stay. If I knew better, I would’ve stayed somewhere better but it was OK for the price. Also, the air-conditioning did not work during the day. Great location, though easy to get to and from Heathrow and anywhere else in the city."
