"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"It was urine smell in the bathroom which didn’t go They suppose to fix it before people come to check in Nothing was done to fix it"

"The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Especially patient and kind to my daughter and granddaughter at check-in when I was unable to arrive until much later. Communication between us and the hosts were timely and supportive. The staff who changed the towels and bins was also very pleasant and patient. The apartment was even nicer than anticipated and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well and was simple to figure out. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in...

The master bathroom was a little quirky and there’s a somewhat dangerous step down, especially if it’s dark in the middle of the night! Kitchen was well stocked! "Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...
