"Nice hotel"

"Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

"Our room smelt like someone had smoked pot in there. It wasn’t the nicest room but it served its purpose."

"Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like Snoop just left. We set our bags down and we noticed that the door looked like it had been kicked in once. Deadbolt wouldn’t work, door could be pushed open. The cigarette would burns in the bathroom were a great touch. Room looks nothing like pictures. Not so super."

"We found the room to be extremely dirty. The bathroom was NOT maintained, and in the middle of the night my wife found bugs crawling across her foot. The bedspread was holey and there was not even an ice bucket in the room. We were planning on staying two nights, but checked out after the first and found someplace else to stay. On the plus side, the staff was "understanding" the next morning, and 'supposedly' we will be compensated for our inconvenience ... although we have not yet seen...

"You get what you pay for. It wasn't super clean, but it wasn't awful either. Didn't feel super safe. We didn't really need the staff for anything, so can't really speak to that. Not sure I would stay again."

"The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments"

"Always love staying here during concerts. Clean, very spacious rooms, and good breakfast. Easy walking to Ruoff, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet and safe area."

"Breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean and replenished well. However the non carpeted floors in the breakfast area and our room bathroom were slightly sticky. They could benefit from occasional deep cleaning."

"Booked a 2 queen room. Put us in a 1 king room without even saying anything to us. Staff was very very rude thinking some Hilton points would make up for it and kids having to sleep on the floor. Room was dirty when we got in there, bare wires on top of the closet, hanging fixtures in the room. Nobody ever at the front desk to assist. I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this was the worst by far. I understand growing pains for a new hotel but this was unacceptable. Don’t even try getting breakfast…....

"Fitness door was not working and need assistance to get access Lighting was not working and waiting for couple of days to get repaired."
