"There was a problem with the lights in the room. They kept turning off while I was in the room. This became serious after dark. The front desk sent an engineer to sort out the issue with the movement detectors. However the problem continued and he had to make a second attempt which was successful, so I could have a bath at last before sleeping well"

"The Roebuck has lot of character and offers a different property to the chain boxes. The staff are very good food is good, Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Located close to AA Milnes 100 acre wood the setting for Winnie the Pooh. Excellent value for money and a place i will use again"

The TV in the room I had only worked if you stream cast (so no freeview) Also the temperature control wasn’t great, despite set to 18 it was much hotter (making it difficult to sleep) and there was a night club right out side which didn’t stop till 5am and the sound proofing was great."
