The resort and staff were wonderful. Could not check in until 5:30PM even after receiving text message at 3:30pm room being ready. Murat and Alex handled it well. Overall experience was great.

Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club
The staff were personable and made us feel so welcomed - kidded with us and quite helpful. All ages were at the hotel and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The food was outstanding as well.
