Beautiful hotel, the property is just stunning. Most staff members were great. The valet is the most awful valet I’ve ever encountered. Over an hour and a half waiting for our car. Inexcusable!

Staff was very accommodating with room upgrade. Room view was spectacular for both the beach and city areas. Room and dining areas were very clean. Place does get busy so make sure to request valet in advance when needed.

My room wasn’t cleaned one day. Requested a cleaning and left for about two hours and no change. Next spoke to front desk again in person and the room was cleaned. Small bathroom area. Ramada by Wyndham Miami Springs/Miami International Airport
It is important to request ground floor if you have heavy luggage as there is no elevator. There was no one available to help me with luggage and it was a challenge. The breakfast buffet was good and the bar/restaurant next door was convenient since we checked in very late.
