When we went to the lobby in our pajamas to get sheets, the front desk staff was dismissive and acted as if we were a bother. - Room Flooding and Personal Property Damage: While we were out, our room flooded. No one called to inform us. We only discovered this when our key cards failed to work upon our return. Some of our personal items were damaged by the water. - Inadequate Resolution: Dealing with this situation caused us to miss our dinner reservations. "I paid extra for a room with a view. The room I is faced the back of another building and I was told anything above the twentieth floor is considered a view of the city. This is clearly false advertisement and they did not offer me a refund or any other accommodation when I complained. The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The rooms were small with little ventilation and the breakfast was not good. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling off like there had been water damage, the floor was gritty and the desk was not wiped down well. The highlight was the housekeeping staff who were always friendly and accommodating."

"The location of this hotel was excellent, close to most major sites and with restaurants and stores nearby. The room was relatively clean but in need of updating and upkeep. The mattress was uncomfortable and seemed old because it had springs. The sheets, pillows and blanket were not good quality. Overall the hotel was adequate but hasn’t been maintained well. The furniture in the lobby was worn and uncomfortable. But the location made it very convenient."
