"Really nice hotel in an extremely convenient location opposite Liverpool Street Station. Only stayed one night, so didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the restaurant. However, the room was great, staff were really friendly and the bar was good. They provided a free bottle of wine in the room, plus two bottles of water and all the usual tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was really well appointed. Bed very comfortable. "A trip with my 11 year old, they made us both feel very welcome provide mini dressing gown, slippers, shower kit, colouring books and crayons and loads of snacks for my soon. Just really top notch service all round. Really enjoyed our stay there."

"We had trouble finding the property because the street number wasn’t obvious when arriving on foot. It was there, but much higher than we saw from the sidewalk. This is why I gave the check in a 4 instead of 5 stars. The check in process with the staff was definitely a 5 star."
