"Me están cobrando cuando ni tan siquiera llegué quise cancelar y no quisieron"

"we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches...

"We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"

"The room and bathroom were very clean, and everything I needed, including a hair dryer, was provided. If you are planning to use Tulum as a base to explore various places in the area, I highly recommend staying here for several nights. The neighborhood was quiet at night, and there were several places nearby where I could have dinner, making it a very comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable "

"Spacious rooms with great amenities and within easy walks of all the stores and restaurants I wanted to visit. It's far enough away from the main street that it's relatively quiet. My room had a full kitchen and they made sure I always had plenty of drinking water."

"In Yucatan for a month - this was the best spot we stayed during our trip. Amazing rooftop terrace and kitchen! Love it."

"I loved my stay at Layla Tulum! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The staff are all lovely—very kind and helpful. I loved the breakfast on the rooftop pool area and the happy hour. Great location—very walkable to bars and restaurants in Tulum Centro. I hope to return soon!!"

"Très beau et agréable logement. Excellent service de la part de toutes les personnes rencontrées. Succulent déjeuner, choix variés. * La "piscine" est plutôt un jacuzzi. *"

"Travelled solo and felt safe while there. I did a spa treatment and it was wonderful. The food is delicious. I stayed on the Una Vida side and did have a few regrets when I saw the Bardo side would definitely stay at this place again."

"I liked the location of the stay. It was close to authentic restaurant and night life. The owner was helpful about my concerns and questions. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was refreshing and the location was very save and convenient (close to restaurants, shops, ATMs, supermarkets, etc). The two ladies working the front desk were very attentive and gave me great suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Even the night security guard took good care of me by making his presence known when I was speaking to a man outside the hotel after an evening out dancing. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the modern...

"La habitación estuvo limpia todos los días. La ubicación esta super, puedes caminar a Restaurantes, Bares y otros lugares. La alberca limpia"

"Bra lägenhet i förhållande till pris. Hyrde penthouse lägenhet och uteplatsen med tillhörande kök var inte städat samt saknades det utemöbler"

"This was truly an amazing honeymoon! Staff was so friendly, food was amazing and was very clean!"
