"Stayed for 3 nights (2 adults, 1 child). Great staff and great facilitities. Shower was warm and the A/C was working perfectly. Only bummer were the tiny shower and tiny (short) beds. I'm 1.83m (6ft), and my feet were hanging off the bed when laying straight."

"It’s old and rough around the edges but it is a decent hotel with amazing views of Tower Bridge and Tower of London. We did pass on breakfast since it was very expensive for what it is, particularly for a family of 3 ( £22 per person). We went down for drinks one night at the bar and the bill was £35 for 2 drinks, which is crazy. We got a family suite which included a stocked, complimentary mini fridge (including beer, gin and tonic, water and sodas. We have stayed here twice on London...

"Besides the prime location, I would not recommend staying here unless you like the smell of sewage and enjoy feeling like you are on a cruise ship from the tube being directly underneath the basement rooms which you heard and felt rattling the room. The bed was definitely a spring mattress as we could feel each individual spring. Every time you moved, the ‘boing’ sound of the spring echoed. Room was so small could barely open a carry on sized case. Would not manage to have stayed another night....

"This property is absolutely beautiful! We loved our room with the view of The London Eye!! The decor, lovely bedding, towels were all amazing! I recommend adding the breakfast to your stay as it was very very good! It helped not trying to find a place for breakfast and the selection they had was bountiful! Loved it all!!"

"About the worst hotel experience ever - DONT STAY HERE! Staff was completely unhelpful/ not authorized to resolve issues (they pointed at a sign with a customer care number to call, but it required international dialing which we didn't have). Hotel interior was under construction with noise, mess, ladders in way that required moving, carpets covered in utility paper, etc. - none of this was disclosed prior (and should have been). No AC! (also, not disclosed!) - our lower level/basement room...
