"Location is amazing! You honestly cannot get a better location. Right across the street from Buckingham Palace, 20 min walk to London Eye, Westminster Abby, 30 min walk to Piccadilly Circus. The staff are so great. Very kind and helpful. The only downfall is the room was very small for a family of 4. I don’t know that I would necessarily call it a “family suite”. It was difficult to move around the room because the cot and pull out were right in the middle of the room leaving only a narrow space...

"This Hotel is anything but a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel. First off when I arrived to the property there was no bell hop to greet us with our heavy luggage’s. I go to register I hear someone complaining about how they hadn’t received their luggage to their room in over an hour. Then they have me my room, I went and realized it wasn’t the room I booked and paid for. It looked like a dungeon, smelled disgusting, carpet looked old, tiny window facing construction! Talk about a terrible...
