"Beautiful setting and attentive friendly staff. The rug in our room was stained, there was black mold in the drain area of the sink, and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. These were small things but details that make a difference. "

"Booked a room with two queen beds but was given a room with a king bed. Was told there would be a $50 up charge to switch to a room with two beds. They did provide a roll-in cot at no charge. Front end staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. As was shuttle driver. The door to our unit show signs of a forced entry - with multiple gouges around the lock. Took an early flight out so cannot comment on the breakfast. Room was clean and tastefully decorated, as was the hotel."

"The pools were clean, staff was great. The property needs lots of updates. Only had one working elevator. The door to the room was getting stuck opening and closing. The ceiling fan was making a terrible noise when turned on. Room was hot without the use of fan. The toilet room smelled of urine not sure if the seal around toilet needed to be redone. "

"We had a nice time, was a short 1 night visit but will return again. Pools were very clean, food was just okay, rooms were roomy, clean and kitchen was a bonus and well stocked. "
