"The area is great, and well connected by public transport. The room was overall comfortable. The only criticism is that a fair amount of the floorspace is rendered useless due to the lower ceilings on one side of the room (for shorter stays this might not be so much of an issue). It may look nice, but not very convenient. Also the room could not be completely darkened at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. "

"Brit’s Earls Court was great. We got the regular double room which is fine for two people if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day. It’s not very spacious if you’re bringing large suitcases but as long as you’re organized, it’s doable. The shower is also small. The shower functions as a function should - clean yourself and hop out. The rooms are clean! Room service comes in everyday to tidy up. Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper. They provide hand and bath towels but no wash cloths....

"The hotel was nice. What made it memorable was the staff. Specifically, Tanvi, Janice, Lanita and Dhanvi. The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day. We stayed in this hotel for a week, and everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, knowledgable and pleasant. 5 Star Staff!! Thank you for your gracious hospitality!! "

"We stayed one night with dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time for our breakfast ( approx 50 mins) Staff apologised about wait time which was fine but when breakfast finally arrived, it was cold which makes me wonder if food was actually ready but just wasnt brought out.
