"The room was absolutely spotless, my only one fault was the size of the bathroom and the walls under the sink and around the shower could do with a good water mark remover but the room was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. All the staff were absolutely amazing, the gentleman who showed us to our room was lovely, he looked so excited just to show us it. Location was perfect, 10 mins walk from Victoria train station "

"Had a lovely stay at Park Plaza Riverbank!
Amazing service from staff from the second we walked into the hotel.
Room was ready so we had early check in, the room was great and clean. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Couldn’t get the tv to work but not an issue for us.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.
Pool was perfect after a long day walking around London!
Room service-steak wrap was delicious!
Excellent location- within 30 mins of all main sights.
Would definitely stay here...

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."

"Can’t speak highly enough about The Drey! The staff were so kind and welcoming and I was even able to check in a couple hours early.
