"Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean.
Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared.
A book regarding the building was also an interesting read.
We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any...

"A basic but very clean and comfortable hotel. The lady on reception obviously loves her job, she was so friendly and helpful. McDonald's is next door for food. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a message to management, give that receptionist a pay rise!"

"This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! "My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. It’s set around a beautiful, tranquil courtyard garden with a Koi fishpond. The room was lovely, clean, fresh and quiet. The owner is adorable, friendly and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us including a last minute room change to a family room. I will definitely be staying here again. "We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. Will definitely look out for this chain in preference to Premier Inns in future! "
