The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the hotel and its location near British museum and Russell square. Close to underground and just a delight. We will go back. "

"Really clean and spacious room with free upgrade ! Bed was enormous and really comfy with pristine bedding. Bathroom had freestanding bath and large shower and was immaculate. The balcony in warmer weather would have been super, however in december it wasnt used. Nespresso machine, mini bar with different snacks, tea and coffee, i particularly liked the mini bottles of milk for hot drinks ! Rituals bathroom toiletries were nice. "Hotel facilities/cleanlng/staff are all 5 stars.the breakfast both days at approx 8.30.was cold.tge sausages where tough and poor quality.and cold.the fried eggs.not many in the dish and badly cooked.looked like they had been over cooked and again cold.very good selection of items to choose from.my wife had poached eggs cooked for her,which where good.a really nice guy in the evening made my 3 year old granddaughter a milky hot chocolate.as none in the room.could do with at least 4 English tea...
