"Lovely flat, newly renovated, cosy and bright. Great location, close to Camden market and to buses, overground and underground stations. You can access the canal path right down the building for a lovely walk. The communication with the host was perfect. As previous comments mentioned, the only downside is the shower heater that is hard to get right, if not impossible. But during heatwave, cold showers were much welcomed ;) Overall an amazing stay :)"

"Lovely room but no hot water in the bathroom - cold shower and bath. Changed rooms on the second night and still had no hot water. I spoke with colleages at breakfast and everyone had cold showers.
All we got told was "the boilers are quite old"."

"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"
