"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years.
I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door.
I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

"Terrible experience – avoid this property!
This apartment was completely misrepresented and not at all as described on the website.
To start, the kitchen was incredibly dingy and looked nothing like the pictures online. Worse yet, we found an old, half-smoked joint left on top of the fridge, which is completely foul and unacceptable when traveling with children.
The location was also falsely advertised. It is much farther from the station than stated, making for an awful walk in the pouring...

"This is the hotel I chose for my first trip to London. It’s really close to Covent Garden and also very close to Chinatown. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Trafalgar Square. Along the way, there are lots of cafés, fast-food places, souvenir shops, and so on. On the side of the hotel, heading toward Covent Garden, there’s an M&S Food Food market. It’s also very convenient to go from the hotel to see the River Thames, the London Eye the Big Ben and The National Gallery... Overall, the hotel...

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing.
When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...
