"Location, location, location. Easy walk to all transportation hubs including the hop on, hop off bus. Staff was excellent and views from our room were amazing. Highly recommended for a stay in London. My only complaint was the construction noise on the morning we decided to sleep in. However, the hotel compensated our late check out fee."

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. "We enjoyed our 2 nights at The Riu Westminster. Super modern & quiet. Quiet neighbourhood with a short 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey & Churchill War rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options.

"Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress.
