"On arrival no one at reception. Then greeting by a child. I was told when I booked the room that they would make sure there was additional bed. I wanted to leave my bags I. The room. The kid said that would be an additional £25. So we left the bags for free in another room. The hotel had a bad smell. Upon entering the room it looked nothing like the advertised room. It was dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Rust and overall unpleasant.
Instead of a key card or a key for the room they give you a 9 digit...

"The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. "
