"the rooms were clean but the mattress on the bed was like a thin piece of mattress where you can feel every spring in the bed. The facility was so dirty...... the doors to the building were just disgusting... finger prints and crap on the glass doors. Liquid on the floors by the elevator."

"It took forever for us to get into our room. If check out is strictly at 11 then make check in strictly at 3. We always had to ask for housekeeping and then they would come at 5:45 when we were back in our room and we told them that we need some time to get out of the room they said they can’t wait ..."

The pool furniture was very old & outdated, we were not allowed to bring in our own drinks & snacks…we wanted to rent out a cabana but the price was too much for you can only have it until 4pm, if I’m going ..."
