"Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room...

"Superb staff make you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and happy. My room lacked any drawers but made up for it with a huge shower and bath. The bed and pillows of good standard and the CH was excellent."
