"clean room, helpful staff"

"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "The room was dirty, the room smelt my colleague who stayed the night could not sleep at all. We have been issued a refund however both deposit and the money has not been refunded. "

"No frills, not luxe but clean,comfortable and quiet despite busy road outside. Wimbledon Park Tube Station 5 minute walk. Bus stop into the city right outside. Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space.
