A deluxe double room without a window was a bit dark, would have been nice to know this when booking. Probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than 1 night because of that.
However the properly was very clean, easy to check in and very reasonably priced"

"Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though.
Restaurant was lovely and staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and served very hot. Staff made sure the food was ok for us and kept our drinks refreshed.

Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. "This is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay."

Check in was smooth although they do want credit card details for the room if you have booked through Expedia.
Food options were great and discount was applied for residents too. Vegetarian options were available too. Served food until 9pm.
Rooms were of high quality and the price was excellent value.

"From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon...
