Compounding the issue was that my Alexa alarm clock couldn’t be connected to WiFi for an important alarm the next morning owing to the way in which you connected to the hotel’s internet.staff didn’t have any solutions as to how to fix this and seemed nonplussed. "It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. "

"The pillows on the bed were no more than an inch thick. Genuinely the thinnest pillows I have ever seen. I usually sleep with 1 firm fairly flat pillow, I had to fold this one in half and it still wasn’t even half as thick as a standard pillow. There were no additional pillows in the room and when I asked for more they were not available. Only one plug socket by the bed so only 1 person could charge their phone. "The Queen’s Head is wonderful all around! Very classy without being stuffy…beautifully decorated, very spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice amenities such as crystal drinking glasses, a kettle and an Italian coffee maker, and a fridge with glass bottles full of water and milk, all complimentary with the room. The pub is just beautiful as well, and the food was delicious. The staff are a lovely bunch. Loved my stay here!"
