"Fantastic hotel, great location. Rooms were a little small but they fit our needs perfectly. No elevator though so keep that in mind if that is important to you. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. About a 5 minute walk from the Earls Court tube station. "

"To be honest. The room wasn’t great. Very old fashioned and the bathroom door needed a good paint. Couldn’t turn on the bathroom radiator. Tv was tiny and bed not that comfy. Tiny room and very basic for the cost But great amenities for spa and leisure."

"This hotel had some definite pluses and minuses. Pluses were free laundry, good breakfast, friendly staff, supermarket across the street, kitchen, comfy beds and pillows, Seating area, good gym. Internet was good. Minuses- hotel is tired. Needs a good refresh. Broken tiles in the bathroom and coffee table was patched back together. When breakfast was busy it was not clean! Staff just dusted the crumbs off the table not cleaning it properly. Busy times needed more help to clean tables. Elevators were sometimes hard to get. Kensington is a good area but not walkable to main attractions so spent a lot of time and money on cabs. There is also construction across the street with two towers being built."
