"Excellent as always"

"Food choices very limited, tired hotel need some updating. Good Location"

"The room was comfortable and there is a nice friendly feel to the place. In the morning they leave a basket outside the room for Continental breakfast ( croissants, cornflakes etc.) Unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge and seemingly only cleaning staff on duty when I checked out around 9.30 on Saturday morning.Apart from that it was a pleasant one night stay."

"The staff was very sweet and helpful. The property and room were very clean. My ONLY comment is we were placed in a “handicap” accessible room. My daughter is 5’9”. Everything: the bed, the sink the toilet were VERY low. The shower literally floods the entire bathroom. SO if you’re tall I would suggest asking to not be placed in a handicap room"

This was our first time staying here, but we'll certainly look...

"Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices"

"Very comfortable and a great breakfast."

"Very clean and handy for Balham and the underground."

"It is a brand new place on a lively street."

The room was also very dark, and the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs tasted terrible, and I honestly don’t know how they were prepared. The only things I appreciated were the hotel’s convenient location right next to a train station, which is very helpful when traveling around London, where distances can be quite long, and the friendly staff. The staff...
