"The room was very clean and recently updated, thankfully; however, the hotel was basically empty, seemed to be running with a (polite and helpful) skeleton crew, and basically a construction zone. The restaurant and bar weren't open because of the renovations, which was a little inconvenient. I think we'd return once renovations are complete because we loved the convenience of the location, and I'm sure it'll be beautiful once it's finished. "

"Room was clean, but sink cracked and slow to drain. No linens in the room for pull out sofa. Staff brought it to us pretty quickly but we were tired and arrived late. Would have been nice to have it there. Finally this is my second time in the past year in this hotel with no elevator service. I dont mind walking but felt fortunate that I did not have my elderly mother with me. Lovely location and lots to eat and do near by. Building maybe could use some capital spending. Staff was pleasant in all encounters "

"We checked in. Withing 10 minutes we checked backed out and demanded a full refund. The place was run down, filthy and very poor accommodation "

"The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use. The staff was great. "

"Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize. For example, having USB-C charging options and more connection points for devices would be nice. No market pantry for a quick grab and go option and the fact that the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday is a bit inconvenient, esp if you're in a rush but plenty of options nearby. "

"Staff was super friendly from the start. The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Room was very clean and the towels were so soft. Only thing was there was no microwave in the room and there was people running up and down the halls very late at night. Overall the stay was very nice. "
