"The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. "Family trip with three kids aged 12, 10 and 8. Though property is a little worn down, it's a great place to relax and spend time as a family. The place is spotless and they offer lots of activities. Good options weren't the best and often had long lines, but sufficed overall. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Everything else was okay. Wish they offered a taco buffet at lunch and something else at dinner. The restaurants that were open were less casual and a bit stuffy for young kids. That...

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO .."
