Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. "The hotel is super clean, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes from the airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast offered by the hotel is also very good. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I have never traveled out the country, this is my first and last time to that resort. Staff are very rude, not friendly at all. The restrooms and all other areas smelled like sewer drainage. We got the all inclusive package and like 3x we were not able to have dinner because they were not able to sit us down. I’m a friendly person and greet everyone. The staff there horrible. There was 2 sets of elevators and no one was nice enough to tell us there was another so everyone will not be standing...
