"My sheets were bloody. I told housekeeping and they gave me sheets to change the sheets myself. No one ever came to change the trash, to get the bloody sheets , or to even bring new towels. I was responsible for all of this. Room also smelled of smoke."

"This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant.
