"We recently stayed at the Family Selection at Grand Palladium and had a mixed experience. While the property is beautiful, several areas need improvement, especially considering the price. One major disappointment was the beach, where a staff member told us the resort chose not to pay for cleanup, making it unusable during our stay. "Another great visit to HBR. The staff was once again great. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun. The spa staff was once again great on HBR’s Sunday afternoon spa takeover which was fun as usual. The food was good, and the restaurants on the larger property once again offered nice choices. "Staff is very friendly and helpful . What I like about this resort is that whatever room you choose you will have an amazing view of the beach and every room will have a deep tub in the balcony .
