"The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp."

"Muy mala comida"

"It was all fine other than the people booking our suppers and travel from to the airport. We showed up for suppers and werent booked even tho we did all the booking the first day. Then our van didnt show up for us at all on the last day."

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"Great service, staff was mostly awesome, food was"

We stayed in the family selection section and I would recommend this (definitely worth it): 1) the personal butlers were very helpful in arranging our reservations and other big and small requests, 2) we could access all other Grand Palladium resorts, allowing us to explore the entire resort area with access to many restaurants, and 3) could access the family selection only pool (Solarium),...

"Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going."

"Los restaurantes, increíbles. Mi único comentario de mejora, seria modernizar las televisiones de las suites, pero es un detalle menor."

"Enjoyed the stay"

"Amamos"

A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Good."

"Amazing stay! Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Super helpful my husband is amputee and they helped make everything smooth and easy. Helped provide us with activities and transportation. The food options were so amazing! Noriku was out favorite spot!"
