"Exceeded my expectations, beautiful house and room (Harry) clean, bright, and spacious with very pretty furniture. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. The other guests were very quiet, only heard a family coming in at 9 and another one leaving at 7:30. Super location, 10 minutes walk from the castle and with a parking lot 50 yards away. "The hotel is set inan amazing area. Walking distance to a shops. The hotel rooms were big and inviting. It was spotless and tidy. The bathroom showed some age but was perfectly functional. And as a cyclist you are very close to an old train track bed that is a shared cycle walking path with a tunnel that runs directly under the hotel. And into the main town centre. "

"Lovely place with great location right on the river and easy short walk in to town . Would definetrly return and recommend. If i was being picky the room and bathroom were quite tight but that didnt really bother us personsally. Easy free parking always a good thing so no.complaints from us."
