"Couple of issues.
Firstly you pay for parking and it’s expensive
Next the shower I was given fluctuated in temperature you would put in a temperature and it would increase and decrease as you were in it.
Room service ordered a burger was a normal frozen one tiny, supposedly season chips, they were oven chips. I ordered that two drinks and a cheesecake and got one drink and 2 cheesecake although the server promised to rectify she didn’t and I had to phone down.
Booked a session at the spa,...

"The room itself was very quaint as it was situated in the old hall.
The bathroom let the room down entirely, the cabinet mirror lights did not work, and the cups in the toothbrush holders/stands looked like they’d not been cleaned/washed in months (clear remnants of toothpaste/water stuck to the bottom)."

"Really enjoyed our stay at The White Swan - we had a beautiful room, very comfy bed, a walk-in dresser area and a lovely bathroom that was very tidy and had been modernised in a way that still felt in-keeping with the age of the room itself.

"The staff was informative and welcoming and the room was spotless with a lovely bathroom, coffee, tea, biscuits, and milk. The linens were crisp, cool, and luxurious with a comforter that was cozy and warm. Each bed had two pillows that gave me the best sleep I have had in a long time. My husband and I ordered the continental breakfast and found it very delicious and satisfying. The Greek yogurt was thick and pillowy, and the fruit was very fresh and sweet. My husband enjoyed the flavored yogurt...
