"チェックイン時のフロントの対応はイマイチでした。（バイトさんでしょうか…。） 客室も綺麗で良かったですが、89歳の父いわく「手すりが無い」のが気になったそうです。部屋の手拭き紙は紙を詰めすぎて取りずらい。（これはお客様目線ではないかな〜、残念です。） ご飯時のスタッフさんは、目配り、気配りが出来ていて、気持ちの良い接客でした。 部屋の露天風呂も大きくて快適。 大浴場も混み合う事がなく、のんびり入れました。 夕食、朝食共に、ボリュームがあり美味しく、満腹でした！ 夕食時の飲み物はフリードリンクだったので、お酒も沢山いただきましたし、ロビーに設置してあるドリンク類も飲み放題で、嬉しかったです。 大浴場横のアイスキャンディーのサービスも孫は大喜びで、私たちもいただきました。美味しかったです。 あ、女性用の浴衣Ｍサイズが足りなくて、Ｌサイズでしたのでブカブカだったのはざんねんかな。 相対的に…息子夫婦は大満足で、また利用したい、と言っています。 楽しい旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました♪"

"Odanın boyutu Japon otellerine göre çok çok büyük, 3 büyük gölden en büyüğüne çok yakın, bisikletle merkeze 5 dakika, otelden bisiklet kiralama seçeneği mevcut, kahvaltı dahil ve fuji stationa shuttle var sabah saatlerinde. "

"Really convenient hotel—just a super short walk from the train station and tons of restaurants nearby (even though there’s no breakfast or in-house dining). The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji is amazing! There’s a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (one dryer was out of service during my stay), and detergent is free. Loved the little extras in the lobby—free coffee, tea, soup, and drawers with towels, PJs, and skincare packets. Each floor has a microwave and a hamper for used towels and PJs....

"It was very traditional and rooms were spacious. Onsen was great and rooftop viewing and foot spa was a noce touch. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Staff were helpful and kind."
