The location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Cp is super. But one thing the bath room is just okay.

Clean sheets and room but the water ran black and was not able to be used. We had to move out. Staff polite enough but overall even though it was cheap to stay there you couldn’t wash your hands or have a shower.

Nothing like the photos on Woif. Great location but couldn't wait to get out. No towels provided although I doubt I would use them as the shower appeared dirty.

Not really good

The room was really dirty, especially the bathroom! At night it‘s very noisy because the rooms are right next to the street.. You have a AC and the location is good, so for this price it‘s not that bad..

チェックイン時に名前を告げると、「予約がわからない」と言われた。 スマートフォンにて予約番号を見せてもわからない。 エクスペディアからの「予約が完了された」と言うメールの本文を見せて、ようやくチェックインできた。20分はかかった。 チェックインして、案内された部屋のトイレの水が流れない。タンクに水が貯まらない様子だった。文句を言って、修理するなどの話になったら面倒だったので、シャワーを使って流した。 ギリ島へのシャトルバスのことを受付で聞いた。「80万ルピア」と返答された。事前に調べていた金額より高いので、外の代理店に聞いてみた。「シャトルバス、ボート込みで30万ルピア」と打診された。無事にギリ島に到着できている。どれだけふっかけてるんだよ。

Heavy traffic outside all day all night, it wasn’t possible to sleep, rooms are not clean enough, mirrors, shower are dirty. There’re bags and ants in the room As a plus, there’s a refrigerator

Nessuna grande aspettativa ma un paio di comportamenti da parte del personale non sono stati molto graditi. Le stanze erano spaziose ma a parte due comodini ed un frigorifero, non c'era nessun piano d'appoggio. Inoltre niente armadi o attaccapanni! Gli scarichi erano lenti e gli sciacquoni difettosi. La pulizia delle camere doveva essere chiesta e talvolta non è stata eseguita. Indubbiamente la posizione è molto pratica ma il soggiorno richiede un buono spirito di adattamento (per noi usuale ma, a ragion del vero, bisogna descrivere le cose per quello che sono).

I specified 3 beds didn't get 65 yr old mother had to sleep on floor. Had to ask for towels twice in 24hrs we needed 3 they gave us 2, one smelt shocking. Really bad place they don't care at all. We moved out on the second night when we found something else. Didn't get any sort of refund
