It was a last minute decision...it came out the first recommended by expedia...and i was pleased with the recommendation as its very near to dining restaurants and many shops. Nice pool which is very serene at night. I laid there for hours...

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming.Instrument is a bonus if you like playing guitar,drums and bass its in here.The place is near by Money changer and Dental care, easy way to go to restaurants,massage and if you wanted to buy some souvenirs its walking distance and walkable going to Kuta Beach also.

The room was nice, big bed, nice lounge area, but the bathroom was so small, you litteraly washed the toilet, sink and floor when you showered, and there was an awful smell coming from the drain, had to buy an air freshner and that only made it a little better. The pool was OK but needed cleaning more often, (was green for a few days) The staff were lovely and very friendly, the gardens were delightful, don't usually complain about Bali accommodation, but the smell was really bad. Overall, the stay was good and close to all our favourite eateries etc.

We came to this hotel and we were very disappointed. There was no hot water, the bathroom smelled bad, the sheets and towels were dirty (or had weird stains) there were cockroaches and the pool was next to a car park and wasn’t very inviting. We got a coffee in the morning and it was full of coffee grains. The staff were nice enough but were very funny with us when we decided to check out after 1 night and move to a different hotel

Best Hotel I’ve had in Bali!

I have stayed in many hotels in the area and this is by far the best one. Location is good! The staff was super friendly and the room is great and CLEAN. Also you don’t find hot water so much in hotels in this price range so that’s a big bonus. And a fridge! I didn’t use the pool but it looked clear. I’m definitely making this hotel my place of choice when I visit kuta now.

이상한 여인숙 같았음

화장실은 몇달쯤 청소를 안한듯 보였고 샤워시 배수가 되지않아 방으로 물이 넘칠까봐 조마조마했음. 방은작고 문은 방안에서 열쇠로 잠가야했으며 방문은 투명유리고 커튼으로 가려야했음. 문쪽은 방음도 안되는 상태에서 새벽에 술취한 여자가 남자이름 부르며 계속 문을 두드림. 없다해도 계속 두드림. 잠을 잘 수없었음. 복도가 계속 술취한 투숙객들의 소음으로 시끄러움. 직원들은 친절하지만 절대 추천하고싶지 않음음

Very disgusting. Do not stay here. The rooms are never cleaned even though you request housekeeping. The sheets are so dirty. The bathroom is so disgusting. There were black worms in the bathroom. They don’t clean anything. Theres no manager on site. Very very poor. Misleading pictures.

尚可 , 但可以找得到比這裡更好的選擇

原本打算在 Bakung Beach resort 住六個晚上，但後來發現這家有超高的評分，所以取消了其中四個晚上改住到這裡，沒想到結果非常失望，非常後悔改到這裡，一點都不值得。這家旅館原名叫 Bagus Hayden Hotel 有興趣可以去 tripadvisor 找她的顧客評論，真的是負評一堆，我想這個才可以反映實的的住宿品質，這裡唯一的優點是他們的床俱還算乾淨也天天打掃，其他完全不如價格差不多的 Bakung Beach resort。 比較起來，這裡的房間相當小，擺了三張單人床後就幾乎滿了，而且他的床一看就是相當糟糕的劣質品，一坐下去陷下去，然後他的wifi網路相當弱，常常無法連線或甚至沒有訊號，然後冷氣根本不會冷也不穩定，晚上睡覺品質因而會受到影響。客房內沒有熱水壺不過至少還有每天提供瓶裝水，然後只提供少量的衛生紙且沒有提供備用品(或是我使進去時只剩下一點點但也沒有備用給你).然後我最不能接受的是完全沒有熱水，這期間算是雨季不見得每個人都能接受在這個季節洗冷水澡，整個住宿過程可以發現他們 cost down很嚴重. 我最失望的是他們的早餐，看他們之前的評論不少人都有提到有豐盛的自助早餐，但最後發現根本就沒有，所以先前的評論根本就是不真的也無法反映實際的情形，尤其印尼餐只有一杯咖啡、一杯果汁與一碗份量相當少的炒飯，那樣的早餐根本只能充飢而無法吃飽，用完沒多久就覺得很餓，第二天早上我請他們份量梢微多準備一點(因為我媽素食不能吃蛋，所以請他們把炒蛋換成多一點炒飯一點都不過份)，不過他完全不理會，端過來還是那少少的量。我雖沒沒吃素食但後來只能改選比較不愛的西式早餐還梢微多一點飽足感，早餐品質遠遠不如 Bakung Beach resort 那才是真正讓我吃得比較開心且豐盛的自助早餐，所以之前的評論根本無法反映真實，住在這裡只是讓人越住越生氣反而壞了旅遊的興緻。 這個地方有點像是印度教廟改建而成或是弄成類似的風格，所以處處可以看到印度教的元素，主人與他們家人住在內部的房舍，也許感覺也比較雜，用餐時會常常看到他在整理庭院或跟我們打招呼，喜歡東方風味的格調可以試試，不過我還是喜歡 Bakung Beach resort 的悠閒與自在，他們的泳池是這裡無法比的，我住在這裡完全不住想在這裡游泳，這裡的泳池實在太小. 之前對這間的期望過高，真的只是普通而算不上好，這裡其實也沒有太多的客人，我很早就訂這個房間，後來發現他們之後又一直降價，所以後來心情真的糟糕到不行，在失望之餘只能反映在評價上，所以我相信在其他的地方一定可以找到其他更好的地方，我是不會再回到這裡就是了

I travel for work and stay in hotels all over the U.S. throughout the year. This trip was to Bali and the staff at this hotel has been the most accommodating and friendliest I’ve encountered at any hotel. As a U.S. citizen, it took me a few days to adapt to such kind staff. I will definitely stay here on any trip back to Bali. Thank you all again, I hope to see you next year!

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff

The pudjawan hotel is the perfect budget stay when visiting Kuta. Close to everything the beach, shops restaurants and sky bar. The rooms are perfect and the staff are very helpful !! Downstairs area is great for relaxing, our son particularly enjoyed playing with the children at the home stay :-)
