"We visited COZUMEL 2 years ago and was looking forward to staying at Secrets Aura. We were disappointed that food and service has gone down in quality. Restaurants did not have a lot of items tochoose from and guests were relegated to buffet but that can get old. Simple things like amenities and cleaning seem to be challenging to request. "

"Nice sized resort with a beautiful beach. Pools were good and not crowded. Enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets. Staff was super nice and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the service from Yamili at breakfast and lunch and from Carlos at dinner. Amazing snorkeling, pretty grounds. Would definitely go back!"

"Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. "
