"This hotel is in a great location accessible to many restaurants and activities. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. Staff were super friendly but professional and very helpful. And best of all there was no carpeting on the floor of my room and absolutely no cigarette smell!!!! Beautiful place I will definitely stay here again."

"We were in the area to go to the Universal parks. This hotel was just a short drive away from all 3 parks. We didn’t use the shuttle bus but thought it was a great perk. We also didn’t get a chance to use to the pool, but it looked great. This hotel also has laundry facilities (another great perk). And their continental breakfast had a very good variety of food and drink options. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Great price! I’d definitely stay here again."

"Spent one night there had a dog barking the whole time and a couple rooms down from me wasn’t even asked how I was when I checked out. No one offered me anything due to the multiple midnight wake up from the dog barking all night long I will never refer this place to anyone and if I ever come back, I will never use Hampton Inn again."

"Shuttle for universal was nice. The location was great for my family. Plenty of room in the suite. However, mattresses were extremely firm and thread seams on one of the beds was coming apart. Staff was helpful and the universal desk was great for helping us navigate our day at universal."

"Everyone friendly . Some of staff were more helpful because some were seemed to lack the communication with us. Information that could have been helpful on first day didn’t get to us until end of second day by other team member. But would consider staying again ,but would like parking fee clarified. I was informed 30. Per day Kept car parked for 3 days and I was charged 145.00 to my card. Wasn’t happy."

"This is a decent regular hotel. A nice one to two day stay. the location is on international drive but the property outside looks horrible. It’s behind a business that closed down so it just sucked to look at honestly."
