"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. "My overall experience was pretty good. I would’ve like to see a little more entertainment activities offered. The food was pretty good, I wish the restaurants were open longer or if room service was offered at later hours. The staff were very helpful and nice. They offer two pools, one for adults and one for families. The option of both is nice. If you are looking to just relax and unwind this is the place for you."

"The property is beautiful in the historical area of Curacao. The host greeted us at the door with cold water. We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Each floor, including our room, had an espresso machine including coffee and tea. The fixtures and furniture were all new and the rooms were spotless; lots of interesting vintage decorations. The owners would not refund me when I refused to stay at the property. They was not available at the property and made everything hard. They are lying about the ratings it’s not wonderful and far from a 9"
