"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

"We spent six nights at the hotel, but our room was only cleaned properly during the first two days. The floor was sticky and greasy, and it wasn't mopped once during our stay. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and most of the time, it was even poorly cooked. The staff was okay, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. However, what really bothered me was the bartender serving alcohol to employees who were driving a golf cart around the property. It seemed like a...

"A wonderful property on a gated cul-de-sac, beautiful bay, relaxing atmosphere, restaurants, quiet, golf course nearby. I loved it!"

"My overall experience was pretty good. I would’ve like to see a little more entertainment activities offered. The food was pretty good, I wish the restaurants were open longer or if room service was offered at later hours. The staff were very helpful and nice. They offer two pools, one for adults and one for families. The option of both is nice. If you are looking to just relax and unwind this is the place for you."

"Clean rooms and nice pool but NO HOT WATER and no coffee/ kettle in the rooms. Which makes it extremely overpriced room and you don’t get the basics."

The owners would not refund me when I refused to stay at the property. They was not available at the property and made everything hard. "The resort was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the food was OK. I would recommend definitely going out for dinner. Certain restaurants on the resort were not good but the overall experience was amazing. Housekeeping was so helpful and the staff was really fun. They had lots of activities during the week for the little ones and for the adults."
