"The instructions that we received via email regarding check-in were confusing. It said that we'd receive a PIN number for the door upon completing the online check-in procedure, but it sent us in circles. We arrived around forty-five minutes before check-in and, fortunately, there was a person who helped us, though she didn't seem to want to deal with human beings. It felt unwelcoming. On the positive side, the motel is in walking distance to great restaurants and sights."

"Staff that was there at the time was very nice and helpful. The rooms are subpar. Beds and pillows definitely need updating. Was noisy throughout the night from the traffic. They charge for parking which I feel is ridiculous if you're staying at the hotel. Im usually not that picky, but we won't be going back."

"The location was extremely convenient to the whale watching on Fisherman's Wharf and shops around the area coffee shops restaurants. We loved the antique furniture and atmosphere was welcoming. We will stay there again due to location cleanliness price was right helpful staff."

"Loved the relaxed vibe of the lobby area and the open plan to the dining room. The cleaning staff did a great job on being efficient and quick when cleaning our room. Coffee dock did really nice coffee and quiche!"

"The place was good and clean but they charged me for something they don’t even know what it’s about. I called and said i was not charged for anything extra but my credit card was charged extra for 2 rooms that I booked. They said it will be reimbursed after 10days but it’s been more than that and they don’t even know what those charges are for."
