"It was our first time visiting Mexico, and we had an exceptional stay at Ventus Ha. The hospitality was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The food selection across the property was very satisfying, with a great variety of options offered at multiple restaurants. The seafood restaurant was our favorite. We enjoyed it so much that we went there twice. Jazmine, in particular, was extremely kind and welcoming. Ventus Ha truly has the best kids’ club. My children, ages 10 and 5, had an amazing time and loved the wide range of activities offered every single day. It was very clear that the team genuinely cared for the kids and put in tremendous effort. Roxy took especially great care of our children, and the entire kids’ club team was absolutely fantastic. The rooms, pools, public restrooms, and overall property were spotless. Everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. I would definitely return to Ventus Ha- we absolutely loved our stay."

"The staff was fantastic. Lots of entertainment by the pool and lobby. Quick service at the bars and restaurants. Room was perfect for the getaway my wife and I needed. Wish we could have used the beach but it was seaweed season. Felt bad for the workers that had to remove all of it. But all and all was a fantastic property and loved every minute of it "

"The property was beautiful, and well maintained. The venues were challenging to make reservations if you didn’t not book your reservation at the time of check-in. That was a little irritating to be fully booked by the time you got familiar with the property."
