"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"The carpet had stains, the shower screen had mould and dust on lampshade and creased net curtains. All very minor but if fixed it would be a definite fix star. The amenities and facilities themselves are fantastic. "

"This hotel is a real find. We wanted a quiet location, close to the motorway with EV chargers. The hotel had all of that, plus a really nice bar area. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a nice, freshly cooked, evening meal and good breakfast. Will definitely return"

"Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

"Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford."

"This hotel turned out to be quite deceiving. From the outside it looked grand when you walk up to it, but in reality it was tired with a 70s/80s building on the side which is where we stayed. Branded as a spa hotel, the spa side was tiny, old and very dated. The pool was very small, the jacuzzi wasnt working and empty. The sauna was tiny, with a door that was hanging off the hinges and had scraped the floor. In the changing room, very few of the lockers worked. The room we had was very small...

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Room was clean but dated and bland. Very stuffy, only curtains at window no blinds or nets. Bed was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Room was described as Superior we would describe it as basic."
