Ended up spending the extra money on room service because of kids but was definitely not worth the cost. Overall very family friendly and friendly staff. But food is a deal breaker for me so it would be difficult to book again "

"Disappointed with Grand Princess Riviera/Sunset. Our flight was canceled, causing us to arrive a day late. We got to the resort around 1 AM, had to carry our own luggage up two flights of stairs, and were told an extra night would cost 3 times as much. Staff acted like rooms weren’t available, even though the resort was empty and under construction. We were denied both a refund and the ability to shift our dates. Guests shouldn’t have to cover costs caused by circumstances beyond their control. Hoping for a fair resolution. "
