"We had a wonderful stay at Breathless Cancun! Overall, it's a beautiful resort. It's on the smaller side compared to some all-inclusive resorts, but we actually loved that because everything was easy to get to. The way the natural surroundings blended with the modern décor created a really relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a swim-out room and absolutely loved it! The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, the beach was beautiful, and the pools were great. We especially enjoyed the lunch buffet, and the Italian and steakhouse restaurant was one of our favorite dinner spots. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was the best money we spent! The individual bungalows were absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was relaxing, peaceful, and worth every penny. We visited during the World Cup quarterfinals, and the resort really went above and beyond for the Mexico game. The atmosphere was so much fun and made the experience even more memorable! The only thing we wished for was more nighttime entertainment. The shows they offered were excellent, especially the cabaret show, but we would have loved to see more options throughout the week. We had access to the Xhale Club, and I definitely recommend upgrading if you can. The drinks were great, and we really enjoyed the added perks. We also ordered room service several times, and every experience was fast and excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely recommend Breathless Cancun."

"I like the hotel location. Away from the other hotels. Very private. The beach is not that nice. Swimming pools needs more maintenance(missing tiles) but very clean. Food and drinks are super good. The staff are very attentive."

"The property was stunning and so intimate!! My boyfriend and I spent 4 days here celebrating my birthday and it was so relaxing. We loved the fact it was an all adults resort. Everyone was so nice, the property was so clean and very well kept, and the staff were very helpful and nice! Only thing I wish was a little better was the food but for an all inclusive it wasn’t bad at all and there were a good variety of options. Just not really your higher end food if you’re a foodie and looking for high quality food at an all inclusive resort. However, the steak house was undergoing renovations during our visit so we did not get to eat there. One of the pools was also under renovation as well so the pool chairs filled up pretty fast on Friday and Saturday since those were higher occupancy days for the resort. The area surrounding the resort is walkable and so close to 5th avenue where there are a bunch of restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely visit again!!"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Haven Resort. The staff were the absolute nicest people I have ever encountered at an all-inclusive resort. They take great pride in their customer satisfaction. Our butler Candido was fabulous. He made all of our dinner reservations for us, arranged private transportation to La Delfina beach and La Isla Cancun mall, and provided extra personal touches to make our room feel special. The housekeeping staff were always on top of clean towels and making sure we had everything we needed in our room. The food was great and always fresh. We had a romantic dinner our last night and my husband ordered the Tomahawk steak which was cooked to perfection. We upgraded to the Serenity club package for the swim out pool which was totally worth it. We had a great view of the ocean from our patio and pool. All of the bartenders are friendly and made sure that drinks were always delicious. Maria at the Limes bar makes the best drink with tahini rim We weren't expecting much for entertainment but were blown away with a traditional Mexican dance performance- We loved it from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this resort to any adult who wants to eat well, drink well, and relax."
