"This place is 10/10! The food was great! Asiana & Rincon Mexican were our favs! The staff goes above & beyond! Reyes the bartender was our ALL TIME FAVORITE! Find him — you will not be sorry! The pools were a little chilly but great vibes around them & when the sun is shining they feel good! Yummy drinks! The beach was beautiful! The staff & service is phenomenal! The location of the resort is perfect — just steps away from 5th Ave & blocks away from the ferry to Cozumel! All good things!! Can’t wait to go back!! "

"Consistently bothered to upgrade with inconsistent prices. Everyone we worked with from the lobby to the staff was confused and took an absurd amount of time to get help. Many places were closed with no notice when up and running. Beach was horrific. Paid 150 a night to upgrade ocean view and it was a partial view and covered by trees. Wedding held right out our room was going until midnight "

"Definitely cannot rely on Airport Shuttle and taxi fare to hotel is exorbitant! Tried calling telephone numbers provided with booking at 5:00 PM (5 times) and telephone never answered. Worst shuttle system I have ever experienced. I travel over 50 nights per year."

"This was a great resort. We enjoyed everything. We were in the Privilege section in a swim out room. We really enjoyed the Privilege lounge open from 7 am - 11 pm where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It’s a great resort. "

"A smaller resort with fun entertainment, good food, and very kind staff. The drinks aren’t the best but they have a menu you can try things from or customize whatever suits you. The beds are a little on the firmer/lumpy side and our thermostat was locked until we called the front desk and maintenance came to adjust it. Pool chairs are hard to come by as there’s no enforcement for people “reserving” them, but the poolside cabanas are worth the extra spend. The spa was also lovely. Overall I would recommend the resort! "
