"Beautiful building with lots of interesting features. The security between floors etc was very good, key card needed to access hallways, the lifts etc was higher than we have experienced before and made us feel very safe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and breakfast was all fresh and hot. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family"

"We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10"

"Desk staff absolutely spot on, easy check in, room was spot on, definitely worth extra money for the river view watching sunset over wales and the ferry’s leaving.
Hotel is 10/10 nicest place in Liverpool I’ve ever stayed by far.
Ginos restaurant an ginos sky bar however, not good at all, but this is seperate from the hotel "
