Thank you for your feedback. We will share this with our management team. We do have someone available in the hotel 24 hours so if you do require anything extra, we can deliver it. Occasionally we will have to close the bar early so I am sorry that this happened when you stayed. We do have a 24 hour Re:Fuel station which does sell small bottles of wine and cocktails in a can.

We do offer discounted parking and our team are happy to give you this information if you cannot find it online. I am sorry the front desk was busy - at peak times it can be busy but our team do their very best to ensure everyone is seen to as efficiently as possible.

We may not have received on your booking that you had breakfast included as this can happen when you book via a third party website. As long as you have confirmation of breakfast included to show us our team are happy to add it on without any issues.At the moment we are phasing out the shower dispensers in the shower so I do apologise that yours were empty but all rooms are equpped with body wash, shampoo and condtioner by the sink in the bathroom.
