staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was staying here for the T100 triathlon and they allowed me a late checkout at no extra cost. my room was perfect for a solo traveler, the stairs were a bit tricky with luggage.

I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. Stay was pleasant, we stayed in annex building across the street from main hotel and part of a street of shops/houses. Room was small but adequate for our needs, rooms on a busy road so could hear traffic most of the evening. Check in/out was quick and staff friendly.
