Hôtel fermé !!!

Arrivée sur place avec 3 enfants je trouve l’ hotel fermé, du scotch blanc sur les vitres et l’hôtel est encore sur les sites! Grosse arnaque surtout ne réservez pas !

Sarah hotel is out of business! It closed 2 years ago (March 2020), yet still took my reservation!! When I got to London I had to quickly find another hotel, at 4pm! So I paid a huge amount for a new hotel, because I didn't have a reservation. Expedia doesn't seem to care about the huge expense caused by their failed system.

The best thing about the Sara was the front desk staff. So friendly & helpful. I did have to ask for a spare heater, as the heating doesn’t go on until 7pm and even with it, the room was chilly. (In January). Everything was great, up until my last morning. I came to the breakfast room early to see my dad off and asked the woman who serves breakfast if she happened to have any coffee I could drink while waiting to say goodbye to my father. She accused me of calling her a name and said there was coffee in my room. I was very confused & told her I didn’t call her any name. She said she “wasn’t deaf.” Then she asked where I was from and when I told her Canada, she rolled her eyes. I figured out eventually she must be suffering dementia or something. As my mother had that, I can sympathize, but this kind of thing can really put a traveller off if they don’t understand. Mostly I hated leaving knowing she really believed I called her a name!

Struttura in posizione centralissima, a pochissimi passi dalla metro di Earl’s Court. Camere pulite, ma molto molto piccole. Air dryer che funzionava a singhiozzi e asciugamani piccolissimi (impossibile asciugarsi completamente). Tuttavia, ottima esperienza: il personale è davvero gentilissimo! Grazie

Wir hatten ein Zimmer unten im Keller. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig, sodass wir fast nicht schlafen konnten, weil wir nervende und laute Zimmernachbarn hatten, die keine Rücksicht nahmen. Zudem hatte einer unsere Decken Blutflecken drauf, als wir eingecheckt haben. Ekelhaft!!!! Das einzig gute war ein Dach über dem Kopf zu haben und die Betten waren auch Ok.

Hyvällä paikalla kahden metroaseman lähellä. Lähellä myös ravintoloita ja pubeja. Huone yksinkertainen mutta siisti. Sänky hyvä. Aamupala matemaattisella kaavalla: 2x paahtoleipä + 2x kanamuna = aamupala. Ystävällinen palvelu!

Basic proper hotel, ideaal voor een kort verblijf.

Hotel ligt op3 minuten wandelen van metro Earls court dus dat is een pluspunt. Het hotel zelf is ok. Verwacht geen LUXE enkel een basic slaapplaats. Ontbijt toast confituur orange juice, thee, koffie, een gebakken eitje, vers fruit en yoghurt. Ik had een zeer comfortabel bed in een kleine maar propere 1 persoonskamer. De receptioniste is echter een schat van een dame. Zeer behulpzaam, zeer vriendelijk en goedlachs .....dit maakte mijn verblijf extra goed.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the Earl's Court and the West Brompton tube stations. The rooms are well-maintained and there is a good selection of cable channels. Management is friendly and attentive. The breakfast hour is an enjoyable experience. I have stayed at this hotel several times and been most favorably impressed.

Very clean and comfortable room. Owner Saeed and receptionist Antonella were very kind and helpful. Great location 2 minutes walk to West Brompton station and 7 minutes walk to Earl’s Court. It’s about a 15 minutes walk to Stamford bridge.

Helt okej boende!

Sara hotel är ett litet Bed& Breakfast med 17 rum. Läget är bra! Nära till tunnelbana West Bromton (130m) och Earls Cort (250m) där flera centrala linjer går. Hotellet är väldigt slitet och mycket smått och stort hade behövts åtgärdas sedan länge. När vi anlände så var det en trevlig kvinnan som tog emot oss i receptionen och gav oss tips på saker att se i London. Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 tonåringar som bokat 5 nätter i ett familjerum, rummet hade 1 dubbelsäng och 2 enkelsängar och som dom flesta rum i London så var rummet väldigt litet. Vi hade bokat med frukost och den var okej, bestod av Kaffe/The, Juice, rostat bröd, smör, marmelad mm., Yoghurt med flingor, stekt ägg och det fanns även en fruktskål med diverse frukt. Det var aldrig kö till frukosten under vår vistelse och den serverades i samma utrymme som receptionen. Vi bodde i rum 11 som ligger på 3:e våningen, när vi var där så var det problem med vattentrycket i kran och dusch. Under dom första 4 dagarna var vi utan varmvatten och delvis utan kallvatten på rummet, vi fick låna en annan toalett längre ner i huset dit vattnet orkade upp. Det var rörmokare och jobba med felet under dom dagarna vi var där, så sista dagen fungerade vattnet bra. Rummet var rent och städades/bäddades varje dag 32” Tv fanns på rummet Vattenkokare och kaffe/Tekoppar fanns på rummet men inget kaffe eller Te. Toaletten var väldigt liten. (Handfatet var inne i rummet) 2£/väska för att lämna efter man checka ut

不愉快的經驗

此次我們訂兩間房，四晚，結果都被安排到地下室，室內非常潮濕，且有霉味，要求換房間，卻遭拒，且房內無基本盥洗用具，向櫃臺要求，則表明沒有，說他們是廉價旅館(一晚均價£105)，不提供要自己買，最後嗆聲不喜歡可以不住，他願意退費，於是我們決定退費離開，他又說必須住一晚或付一晚旅館錢，否則他會有損失，所以我們住了一晚後離開，不是一個愉快的經驗。

Staff was very friendly, rooms are sparse but clean. You may run out of hot water mid shower. Had trouble with WiFi but management fixed problem immediately. Could use a soap dish in shower. Location is very good, safe, close to 2 underground/train. If you’re on a budget this isn’t a bad place to stay.
